As President of the Rotary Club of Owasso and Keystone Toastmasters Club, I have the privilege of serving as a connector and catalyst for leaders across Rotary District 6110 and Toastmasters throughout Oklahoma, Arkansas, Missouri, and Kansas.  Grounded in a Master’s degree in Public Administration and strengthened by certifications in professional coaching and public speaking, I am deeply committed to helping individuals discover and develop their full potential.  Whether mentoring aspiring speakers, equipping emerging leaders, or designing service-driven initiatives, my focus remains the same: creating meaningful, sustainable impact that elevates people, strengthens organizations, and transforms communities.

Speaker Bio

Before stepping into the arena of leadership development and professional speaking, I proudly served our nation as a United States Army soldier for more than 22 years.  Following my military retirement, I continued that commitment to service through my work with the Department of Veterans Affairs.  Those experiences leading diverse teams, developing people under pressure, and navigating complex change now shape every coaching session, presentation, and leadership role I undertake.

As a Distinguished Toastmaster and active Rotarian, I credit the Toastmasters communication program as the cornerstone of my personal and professional growth.  Its structured, practical approach to communication and leadership provided the stability and confidence I needed to continue improving at every level of responsibility and promotion.  The program reinforced the habits that sustain long-term success: resilience, a positive mental attitude, and the ability to influence with clarity and purpose.

Through Rotary and Toastmasters, I am passionate about sharing insights on leadership, communication, service, and the transformative power of mentorship.  My mission is simple—to help people find their voice, strengthen their leadership presence, and expand their impact at work, at home, and in the communities they serve.

When service meets skill and purpose meets practice, leaders are not only developed they are empowered to change lives.
