To help individual club members achieve their personal and professional goals, Rotary International is working with Toastmasters International to provide opportunities to grow your networks, your leadership and communication skills, and your impact within the community.
This alliance with Toastmasters is different from Rotary International's relationships with other organizations: It enhances your membership experience through professional development opportunities and making connections beyond local clubs for both organizations.
Our mission as Toastmasters is to help Rotarians to find their voice through our club meetings to better share their cause with the local community.

Rotary Benefits
Being able to express yourself confidently in front of an
audience is a learned skill that has immense benefits, personally and
professionally, in the office, at the club, and even at home. Sharing our
stories can inspire others and build the community.
By expanding our personal and
professional skills, we are creating lasting change within ourselves, and by
doing so, we are better able to serve our clubs and our communities.
The members of the leaders advantage club support Rotary 100% and welcome you to our meetings. Our meetings are 100% online.

DeleteAs President of the Varsity Advanced Toastmasters, I extend an invitation to our Toastmasters meeting. We operated differently from the rest of the local clubs in the area. We do more than just provide one evaluator who provides one verbal evaluation for each of the prepared speakers. We provide a "round robin" evaluation session where each member present at the meeting provides a verbal assessment of the presentation.
